Gazeta

Gazeta is the informative and lively newsletter published three times a year by the American Association for Polish-Jewish Studies and the Taube Foundation for Jewish Life and Culture. Edited by Tressa Berman, Fay and Julian Bussgang, Shana Penn, Antony Polonsky and  Aleksandra Sajdak, its purpose is to inform our members of  AAPJS meetings and relevant related events, give a summary of them afterward for those unable to attend, and provide reports on the contents of forthcoming volumes of POLIN, the Association's annual journal. Gazeta also keeps its readers up to date on Jewish-related events taking place in Poland today and reports on other topics that may be of interest to those concerned with Polish-Jewish history and Polish-Jewish relations. It also reports on the appearance of some interesting books and movies. Priority is given to items unlikely to appear in the U.S. press. We welcome suggestions from members on such news reports that they may wish to share with others.

The newsletter is sent out free electronically to all paid-up members of the Association. Please let us have your e-mail address.
